The editors congratulate previous contributors Jeff Parker and Michael Czyzniejewski on the inclusion of their stories in Dzanc Books’ anthology Best of the Web 2009, edited by Lee K. Abbott. Abbott selected Parker’s “The Boy and the Colgante” from Waccamaw no. 1 and Czyzniejewski’s “On the Other Hand” from our second issue. The anthology also recognized Kevin Wilson’s “Hammer” (issue two) as a “notable work.”
