Matt Tullis is a former daily newspaper reporter turned journalism professor at Ashland University in Ohio. He has published thousands of stories in his career, writing about everything from gorillas to wedgie-proof underwear to the greatest horseshoe pitcher in the world. He is also a contributing editor to several magazines in Northeast Ohio, including Cleveland Magazine. He has an MFA in creative nonfiction from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and lives with his wife and two young children in the heart of Amish Country.
